I have been in several bands over the last 23 years and for the most part have mainly played hard rock and metal. I have dabled in blues ad jazz a little bit and some funk. Sister Moon: This was an Alt rock recoding project I was involved in with Paul Larson(V) Bent McCune (G) and Jim Porter (B)

M.T.F: This was a Seattle WA Metal band I was in that did some touring and had a European Distro deal Rob Maeder (G,V) Bloody (B,V) Jeff Ferrell (G)

King Jr: This was an instrumntal band I was in with Jef Bear (G) Joe Greene (B) The band recorded a 4 song demo and played alot of shows in the Olympia area.

The Rikk Beatty Band is a powerful four piece instrumental band that runs the gamut on the genres of instrumental guitar oriented music. With styles ranging from Rock, Blues, Jazz, Latin, Acoustic/Ambient, Metal, and Techno they can basically blend into just about any venue and listeners of all ages and types will take something away from the night that they enjoyed. Rikk currently has 8 albums out and the band is in the process of writing it's 9th album set to be released in the fall of 09.
